I remember my mood when I originally drew this sketch - "man repelling" was just becoming a thing, and I relished the creation of an outfit that was unabashedly a mix-up of colors, textures, and aesthetics regardless of what the opposite sex considered attractive.

Truthfully, I have since donated the sweater, the shirt, and the shoes. Funny how style changes, no? The mood, though, is very much the same. In these fraught political times (yes, I'm making it about politics, and yes, I am very.much.with.her), it is refreshing to define one's outfit, one's overall style, one's outlook on the world, completely by and for oneself.
